GAC is very happy to announce that the Cliffs of Fundy in Nova Scotia and the Bonavista Peninsula in Newfoundland and Labrador (Discovery Global Geopark) have been granted UNESCO Global Geopark designation, which is reserved only for sites and landscapes of international geological significance! Let’s raise a glass to this momentous occasion and the amazing geological and cultural heritage of Atlantic Canada!
