About

The Manitoba Section (GAC-MB) is a section of the Geological Association of Canada (GAC). The main objective of the GAC-MB is to foster and promote geosciences in Manitoba. Our main goals are to: (a) Promote geosciences in and of Manitoba through meetings, field trips and publications; (b) Disseminate geoscience information to members and the public; (c) Promote scientific and social interaction between members; and (d) Promote membership in the Geological Association of Canada.
